I was in my own business over 14 years ago, finding myself working all day and many nights, giving up time with family, time with my horses, and time for ME, and never really getting ahead. It sucked. BIG time!
Equine Entrepreneurs Excellence Program v 1.5 (EEEP v1.5)
More time, more clients. You need one or both, right?
You’re doing what you love, your dream business, but wouldn’t it be great if you could maybe sleep once every few days, or you know, earn enough money to pay for something fun, rather than last months overdue bills?
I've been there....

It becomes quite defeating when you realise you are working your ass off, but you are out of control, and your business is running you… that is NOT what we had planned AT ALL!
It does NOT have to be like that, and it doesn’t matter how big or small, or new, or established your business is, or even if you aren’t sure if it’s a business or a hobby.
You can make the changes you need to do and get control back, and it will change everything for you.
If you don’t believe me, ask the 200 plus other business owners I have already helped do exactly that.
Imagine how awesome it would feel if, instead of scrolling social media endlessly hoping the magical business fixing fairy dust appeared, you could:
- Be really clear about your business, and confident in your ability to do it
- Get a good grip on who your ideal client is and why you even need one
- Understand how to price your products or services and track the numbers
- Create engaging social media without having to spend a bomb on ads
- Find new opportunities for your business constantly
- Set boundaries in your business and be able to stick with them
- Have a work life balance that isn’t 99% work and 1% life.

It’s all totally achievable. No matter how big or small, or serious or hobbyist you think your business is.

I’ve been running a program that I think is a great combination of coaching, training, mentoring, connecting, motivating and inspiring (oh ok, I’ll admit, there’s a bit of butt kicking in there too) and wrapped it all up into a program called The Equine Entrepreneurs Excellence Program.
But, the EEEP Program’s time is nearly up, and we’re making way for something new and better (EEEP 2.0)
So, from January to March, I’m running this one-off, LAST CHANCE to do this program in this format, condensed into the most impactful and important parts over three months.
The three month group program includes:
- Weekly challenges to help you in your business.
- Weekly live trainings or Q&A sessions.
- A monthly group scheduled zoom video catch up and connection session.
- Accountability partnerships within the group that change each month so you are working with a new person each time.
- A 1:1 session with me to talk about your business strategy and challenges
- A heap of resources and prompts to take regular action on your business
- Support from both myself and other group members inside a private group for program members only.
For those that are into the detail, here's a list of the units that we cover in the program:
- Dealing with overwhelm
- What problem does your business solve
- Who is your ideal client – How to connect with your ideal client
- Social media for business and how the FB algorithm works
- Writing for your business
- Planning and creating content
- Social Proof
- Design principles and creating visual ads
- Outsourcing options
- Websites for business
- Email database systems
- Tracking your finances and receipts
- Pricing and mathsing

Each unit ‘runs’ over a week, and on the most part, consist of a challenge for you to take part in and get ongoing feedback on, a live video training (around half an hour), at least one written resource if not more, and the opportunity to ask questions, share examples for feedback, and engage with not only myself, but the whole group for peer-to-peer feedback as well.

FAQ
Who is this program designed for?
This program is designed for the horse business owner who wants to get more time, or clients, or both.
How does the program work?
It is all delivered online through a dedicated Facebook group, or scheduled Zoom meetings (online video group calls)
How much time do I need to dedicate to do this?
Of course, you get as much back as you put into this kind of thing, but if you can allow a couple of hours a week, that would be really beneficial.
What results can I expect to get from this program?
Results will vary for each person, given you’re all at different stages of different businesses, and it will depend on how much effort you put in. From experiences with other businesses I have worked with, many of them have gone on to have their best ever sales months over and over, whilst finding time for themselves as well.
Do you have payment plans available for this program?
Yes! There’s a fortnightly payment plan ($120 AUD a fortnight) for those who need flexibility with their payments.
Do you offer refunds for this program?
No can do my friend. This program is packed with value, and if you go through everything in the program and put the work in, I guarantee you’ll get results.
How can I sign up for the program?
Just scroll down! You can sign up below.
I have other questions…
No problem! Send me an email at melody@equinee.com.au and I’ll get back to you asap.

Having led a national team of marketing experts and designers in the biggest law firm in Australia for over seven years after handling a major rebrand of a large power utility previous to that, Melody gave away the high-flying career and started a little hobby browband business around the time of the birth of her son, which, over the ensuing 12 years, she grew to a six figure business than won a Telstra award in 2012 and became a household name Australia-wide that she sold in 2015 to concentrate on Equine Entrepreneurs. .
Melody is a self confessed optimist that uses her own business and life experiences to support and motivate others. With a deep understanding of social media, she has build a following of horse business owners from around the world and connects them to bring as much value and support as she can. A pragmatic do-er in one moment, on an emotional rollercoaster the next, whatever she is experiencing, she is turning into a life and business lesson to share with others. She is incredibly passionate about work/life balance, so can often be found riding her Irish Sport Horse “JD” in the week or just hanging out with the horses.
It’s also **possible she has a slightly unhealthy obsession with saddle pads and a collection that would be ample for more than a dozen ridden horses, not just one, and a large collection of Stephen King horror novels.
