Equine Entrepreneurs Excellence Program

Right. It’s time to really get your sh*t together in your business and bring some excellence in.

Are you with me?

You’re doing what you love, your dream business, but wouldn’t it be great if you could maybe sleep once every few days, or you know, earn enough money to pay for something fun, rather than last months overdue bills?

I've been there....

…I was in my own business over 10 years ago, finding myself working all day and many nights, giving up time with family, time with my horses, and time for ME, and never really getting ahead. It sucked. BIG time!

It becomes quite defeating when you realise you are working your ass off, but you are out of control, and your business is running you… that is NOT what we had planned AT ALL!

It does NOT have to be like that, and it doesn’t matter how big or small, or new, or established your business is, or even if you aren’t sure if it’s a business or a hobby.

You can make the changes you need to do and get control back, and it will change everything for you.

If you don’t believe me, ask the 145 other business owners I have already helped do exactly that.

Imagine how awesome it would feel if, instead of scrolling social media endlessly hoping the magical business fixing fairy dust appeared, you could:

  • Be really clear about your business, and confident in your ability to do it
  • Get a good grip on who your ideal client is and why you even need one
  • Understand how to price your products or services and track the numbers
  • Create engaging social media without having to spend a bomb on ads
  • Find new opportunities for your business constantly
  • Set boundaries in your business and be able to stick with them
  • Have a work life balance that isn’t 99% work and 1% life.

Sounds great, right? Imagine how good you would feel if you got all that happening, and sales or bookings flowing through the door. Great, right?

It’s all totally achievable. No matter how big or small, or serious or hobbyist you think your business is.

I’ve created what I think is the perfect combination of coaching, training, mentoring, connecting, motivating and inspiring (oh ok, I’ll admit, there’s a bit of butt kicking in there too) and wrapped it all up into a program called The Equine Entrepreneurs Excellence Program

This 6 month group program includes;

  • Weekly challenges to help you in your business.
  • Weekly live trainings or Q&A sessions.
  • A monthly group scheduled zoom video catch up and connection session.
  • Accountability partnerships within the group that change each month so you are working with a new person each time.
  • Two 1:1 sessions with me to talk about your business strategy and challenges
  • A TON of resources and prompts to take regular action on your business
  • Support from both myself and other group members inside a private group for program members only.
It’s a no-brainer really. This will be totally worth it if you join in!
Are you in?

This program is now full until the end of December 2019

Want to hear from people who have worked with me before?

If you are thinking about working with Melody, stop thinking about it and do it! It's without a doubt the best investment I have made in my business. She has shaken up the way I look at things, filled in gaps in my knowledge that I didn't even know existed, seriously increased my revenue and made it fun! Solid business advice from a knowledgeable coach who is inspiring and fun, with no jargon!

Jill WeeksPlum Tack - QLD

Melody has been a godsend for me and my business! She’s such an awesome coach and is also is happy to lend an ear to you when you need to talk.
Thanks so much Melody ❤️

Jade MartinTrimmer, Western Australia

I’ve been an equestrian clinician for over 25 years, and I’m branching into the online world. Melody’s coaching helped me clarify my message to reach a greater audience, and she gave me useful ways of targeting my ideal clients. Melody is a whiz at social media and has creative and fun ways to build one’s business, whether it’s online or brick-and-mortar. I left the coaching feeling inspired and excited to move forward. Thank you, Melody!

Mary DebonoConsultant - USA

I’ve almost finished a 3 month group coaching session and have absolutely loved it! Melody has so much knowledge about business strategy and social media. Combining this with her knowledge of horses and the challenges that equine business owners face makes her a fantastic mentor!
Melody knows how to break things down into smaller tasks to avoid overwhelm but also isn’t afraid to say it like it is when you need a bit of tough love!
I’m looking forward to seeing how much my business improves in 2019 thanks to implementing her strategies.
Highly recommend to anyone running an equine business!

Christine ThompsonEquine Muscle Matters - QLD

I’ve followed Equine Entrepreneurs for quite some time. I get emails about business things from Melody at times that are really helpful and often thought provoking. Many I wouldn't have thought of when I am working in my business. But having joined the facebook group I'm really seeing the benefit of doing more work on my business rather than just working in it. Thanks for all the helpful advice and ideas you share Melody.

FAQs

Who is this program designed for?

This program is designed for the horse business owner who wants to get their business under control.

How does the program work?

It is all delivered online through a dedicated Facebook group, or scheduled Zoom meetings (online video group calls)

How much time do I need to dedicate to do this?

Of course, you get as much back as you put into this kind of thing, but if you can allow a couple of hours a week, that would be really beneficial.

What results can I expect to get from this program?

Results will vary for each person, given you’re all at different stages of different businesses, and it will depend on how much effort you put in. From experiences with other businesses I have worked with, many of them have gone on to have their best ever sales months over and over, whilst finding time for themselves as well.

Do you have payment plans available for this program?

Yes!  There’s a weekly payment plan for those who need flexibility with their payments.

Do you offer refunds for this program?

No can do my friend.  This program is packed with value, and if you go through everything in the program and put the work in, I guarantee you’ll get results.

How can I sign up for the program?

Just scroll down! You can sign up below.

I have other questions…

No problem! Send me an email at melody@equinee.com.au and I’ll get back to you asap.

Melody Semmler

horse business coach

Melody is an online horse business coach living in Perth, Australia, with her husband, son, dogs, lizard and two horses. Specialising in helping equine related businesses get the confidence to move forward and get organised enough to be able to still have a life and a business, she’s been involved in horses for over 37 years and is no stranger to the industry.

Having led a national team of marketing experts and designers in the biggest law firm in Australia for over seven years after handling a major rebrand of a large power utility previous to that, Melody gave away the high-flying career and started a little hobby browband business around the time of the birth of her son, which, over the ensuing 12 years, she grew to a six figure business than won a Telstra award in 2012 and became a household name Australia-wide that she sold in 2015 to concentrate on Equine Entrepreneurs. .

Melody is a self confessed optimist that uses her own business and life experiences to support and motivate others. With a deep understanding of social media, she has build a following of horse business owners from around the world and connects them to bring as much value and support as she can. A pragmatic do-er in one moment, on an emotional rollercoaster the next, whatever she is experiencing, she is turning into a life and business lesson to share with others. She is incredibly passionate about work/life balance, so can often be found riding her Irish Sport Horse “JD” in the week or just hanging out with the horses.

It’s also **possible she has a slightly unhealthy obsession with saddle pads and a collection that would be ample for more than a dozen ridden horses, not just one, and a large collection of Stephen King horror novels.
